Save The San Francisco Bay

This Thursday I will be attending the 1st Annual Bay Bash at San Francisco's Aquarium on the Bay. Not only is this charity event for a great cause, it is for a timely cause. Last week over 58,000 gallons of oil went into our bay, killing off a large part of our wildlife and destroying their habitat. It is tragic. There is no better time to give time and money to the bay than now.If you would like to attend, you can still buy tickets at the Bay Bash Web Site. If you cannot attend, you can also donate here.

I can't even imagine how sad I'd be if the fish in the Laguna Madre Bay died. I love fishing. Luckily tankers full of oil aren't common at the Brownsville ship channel.
